From November 11 to 13, WBBA Chairman Li Zhengmao attended the Ministerial Forum of the African Science and Technology Festival and met with Mr. John OMO, Secretary General of the African Telecommunications Union (ATU), Mr. Solly Malatsi, Minister of Communications and Digital Technology of South Africa, and Ms. Angela Wamola, Head of GSMA Sub-Saharan Africa.
